Franco Sarto Rider Review: Franco Sarto Women's Rider Knee-High Boot. No doubt these are gorgous looking boots on and off, but the quality is crap. The second time I wore them the stitching of the boot and zipper came undone. I bought these at Macy's for $169. No boot over $100 should ever fall apart, ever!
