The fan arrive in great shape, assembled well and is quiet; BUT the wiring instructions were written by a two year old.There was no wiring diagram, it was written out. I was to have the fan and light controlled separately by their own switch. The instructions used words like "the wire coming out of the ceiling connects" and "the wires from the switch connect".
