We got this sealer as part of a package deal, with the Sous Vide Supreme water oven, and some Sous Vide Supreme vacuum sealer bags.For FREEZER / PANTRY STORAGE our machine is not functional. We've sealed ten bags for the freezer. All of them start out looking good, but not one of them held the seal airtight overnight.For SOUS VIDE it can be made to work.
